Electricity will rise in price

FAS has prepared a draft order that will determine the levels of electricity tariffs for the next year / ⠀

📑 FAS has prepared a document that will determine the levels of electricity tariffs for 2020. In the first half of the year, in most regions of Russia, electricity will not rise in price or the rise in price will be very insignificant. In the second, as reported by "Rossiyskaya Gazeta" with reference to the calculations of associate professor REU named after Plekhanov Kirill Parfenov, electricity will rise in price by 5% .⠀

📋 FAS sets the minimum and maximum tariff levels, and the authorities in each region make specific decisions about how much kW / h will cost. The law provides that if in the region the permissible maximum cost of electricity is exceeded, then they will pay for electricity there at a minimum rate. Also, at a minimum level, electricity will be paid if the regional government does not set a tariff at all. ⠀

📆 So, in the second half of 2019 in Moscow, the one-rate tariff for houses without electric stoves was ⠀
5.56 rub per kWh In 2020, he will be ⠀
5.46 - 5.47 rubles per kWh (in the first half of the year) and ⠀
5.73-5.74 (for the second). ⠀

☝ But do not forget that several factors influence the cost of electricity: ⠀
- tariff ⠀
- electric or gas stove installed in the room ⠀
- daily tariff zones (“peak” and “night” tariffs rise in price at different speeds) ⠀

⚡ Since 2023, the annual revision of electricity tariffs will be a thing of the past, they will be set immediately for five years. This amendment is caused by persistent complaints of Russian citizens about the incessant and incomprehensible than the caused rise in price of utilities.
