Eight steps to the finished house

Someone has been creating his house for several years, studying theory and other people's experience, painstakingly planning, choosing a technology and a project, drawing up schedules and estimates. And someone circumstances or “I want, and that's it”, forced to “touch” almost without preparation. But, in any case, both those and other potential owners of the coveted suburban real estate begin with the basics. Below we answer questions regarding key aspects of building a private house. ⠀

1⃣ What is considered a residential building? ⠀
A residential building is understood as a construction with functioning engineering communications and a fine finish. The cost of the house (namely the house, excluding landscape work), relative to the stages of construction, is as follows. ⠀

Design - 1-1.5% (in rare cases, it can be up to 5%). ⠀
Box construction - 30% .⠀
Communications, insulation, finishing under the finish - 30% .⠀
Fine finish - 30% .⠀
Buffer (reserve, in case of unforeseen circumstances) - another plus 10-15% .⠀

2⃣ How is the box different from the closed loop? ⠀
A box is ceilings, walls, bearing partitions (if any) and a roof, ideally, with a fine roofing, a drainage system, binder and spotlights. If it was not possible to cover the roof in one season, the structure is protected with a draft material. A closed circuit is a box with installed window units and an entrance door or doors. As with the roof, if it was not possible to close the circuit, the openings are sealed with improvised materials. ⠀

3⃣ What is included in the zero cycle? ⠀
Everything below the floor level of the first floor is the planning and backfilling of the site, earthwork (including digging trenches for engineering systems and facilities, and digging a foundation pit). Plus, all operations on the device of the foundation itself, a specific list depends on the type of foundation. The zero cycle final is the finished foundation. ⠀

4⃣ How to ensure the life of workers? ⠀
The first building on the site becomes a change house. A concept that implies both a comfortable ready-made block container, which will become a guest house in the future, and a hastily assembled frame temporary hut + toilet. ⠀
