The main stages of the construction of USP

⠀ Step by step look like this: ⠀
1. Mark the location of the foundation and dig a pit to a depth of 300-400 mm, completely choosing the soil and plant soil ⠀
2. Dig a drainage trench around the perimeter of the foundation ⠀
3. Place a layer of geotextile ⠀ on the bottom of the pit and drainage ditch ⠀
4. Layer the foundation pit with crushed stone and sand of medium size, with mandatory wetting and tamping of each layer ⠀
5. Install the embedded pipes for the inlet of water, sewage and mount the drainage system ⠀
6. Lay on the prepared foundation, first of all, along the perimeter of the future foundation, on-board elements from L-blocks made directly on the object from extruded polystyrene foam and the main layer of insulation. Additional insulation layers are also laid ⠀
7. Mount and install the reinforcement cage and foundation reinforcement mesh ⠀
8. Lay and fix water pipes on the lower reinforcing belt of the reinforcing cage and insulate them ⠀
9. Lay the underfloor heating pipes along the previously laid reinforcing mesh, fixing the pipelines with plastic clamps or a knitting wire ⠀
10. Install the distribution manifold, fill the system with a coolant, such as water, and conduct a hydraulic test of the underfloor heating system and water distribution ⠀
11. After a successful hydraulic test, put the concrete mixture into the extrusion polystyrene formwork ⠀
12. Level the concrete mix with a vibrorail ⠀
13. After laying the concrete and setting the mixture, rub the concrete surface with a trowel with a disc ⠀
14. After the concrete has set the required strength, flush and heat test the underfloor heating system ⠀
